Each year the Cavalier Classic alumni tournaments award a scholarship to a Bishop Neumann female and male senior student/athlete who plans on continuing their athletic career at the collegiate level.
The first requirement is the student/athlete must have a parent that has graduated from Bishop Neumann. Meeting that requirement and receiving the $500.00 scholarships for 2019 is Kelsie Cada the daughter of Troy (’88) and Diana Cada of Wahoo and Jake Unger the son of Tracy (Stuchlik) Unger (’92) and Jason Unger of Wahoo.
Kelsie is planning on attending Wayne State College and will be participating on the volleyball team. Jake will be attending Nebraska Wesleyan University and participating on the men’s track and field team.
Congratulations Kelsie and Jake you are both well deserving and will be outstanding representatives of Neumann athletics.
