St. John’s Business Project

This year the sixth grade created products in their business for a baseball tournament. From January to May they worked to plan their project, they learned how to use computers and software, they researched and designed their product. This year the students designed and sold t-shirts and picnic blankets at the St. Johns Baseball Tournament in May. This was almost a record year for the class, they were close to the $8,310 that was set last year.

The business project included:

  • Writing the Business Plan & Budget
  • Calling & Meeting Sponsors
  • Going to the T-shirt factory to Select Products
  • Ordering & Selling the Products
  • Presenting Final Results for the Business
  • Donating the Profits to the School

St. Johns Sixth Grade Class presented a check to Fr. Vandewalle for $8,086.00

Blankets are still available for sale please contact Eva Fujan at efujan@yahoo.com
