District Music

Friday and Saturday April 18th and 19th BNHS instrumental and vocal music departments under the direction of Joann Couton and Brian Botsford competed in Districts at Blair.  The Cavaliers represented the school extremely well by receiving 15 Superior ratings, which included a Superior for Concert Band and a Superior for Show Choir.  CONGRATULATIONS to both groups and to all the individuals that participated.........Results

Construction Continues at BNHS

The cafeteria construction project is in full swing.  Work began May 12 in the kitchen area.  This last week of school students have been "brown bagging" their lunches.

GALA 2008

"GALA 2008 Island Escape Dinner". Gala 2008 was a huge success. Once again we reached a new record of $153,000 which will be used for our kitchen/cafeteria renovation.  Thank you to all the committee chairs, and the many, many volunteers that worked long and hard to make this year's GALA a night to remember!  A big thank you to all of the individuals and businesses who donated items to the auctions and the guests who attended the event. God Bless all of you! 

Bus Night and Reunions on the Eights!

Mark August 8, 2008 on your calendar to celebrate Bus Night and Reunion Night 2008! We will be celebrating the decade of the '60's so plan on having fun with the origins of rock n' roll! As we all feel the pinch of gas prices we need to support the transportation program here at Neumann even more! Help us get the other half of a new bus...we need one! Join the rest of the Neumann community on that Friday night to celebrate the beginning of a new school year!

State Golf Results

Congratulations to Kyle Wenninghoff on his state meet participation.  Kyle shot rounds of 88 and 82 for a 170 total at the Kearney Country Club..  NSAA results.

 Prom 2008

The 2008 Junior/Senior prom was held in the Bishop Neumann High School gym  Saturday April 5.  The theme was Las Vegas, and the Junior class did their part by decorating the gym.   The 2008 Prom King and Queen are Paul Chloupek and Michelle Virgil.
